Sri Eshwar College of Engineering is a premier institution known for its academic excellence and global engagement. The Sri Eshwar Overseas Studies Centre, under the Centre for International Relations, supports and guides students aspiring to pursue higher education abroad. We are expanding our team and looking for a passionate and student-focused Educational Counselor to join us.

Key Responsibilities:

Guide and counsel students on higher education opportunities abroad (USA, UK, Canada, Germany, Ireland, Australia, etc.). Provide end-to-end support in the admission process, including university selection, application preparation, SOP and LOR guidance, and scholarship information. Conduct one-on-one sessions, group seminars, and webinars to inform students about global education pathways. Build relationships with university representatives and coordinate with international recruitment partners. Assist students with visa documentation and processes. Maintain accurate records of student inquiries, interactions, applications, and outcomes. Stay up-to-date with international education trends, courses, admission timelines, and policies. Coordinate with parents and faculty members to support the student's overseas academic journey. Represent the Overseas Studies Centre in institutional events, career fairs, and partner meetings.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in any discipline (Education, Management, or related fields preferred). Minimum 1-3 years of experience in student counseling or overseas education consulting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Knowledge of international university admission requirements and visa processes. Empathetic, student-focused, and proactive in problem-solving.
