Academic Counselor

for our

Pala branch

. The role involves guiding students for

study abroad and domestic admissions

, supporting them through course selection, applications, and ensuring a smooth admission journey.

Job Responsibilities

Counsel students and parents on

study abroad and Indian education options

Understand student profiles and recommend

suitable courses, universities, and countries

Handle the

end-to-end admission process

from enquiry to enrollment Assist students with

applications, documentation, SOPs, CVs, and offer letters

Follow up with prospective students via

calls, emails, and WhatsApp

Address queries related to

eligibility, fees, scholarships, and timelines

Maintain accurate student records and regularly

update CRM systems

Achieve

monthly admission targets

set by the branch Stay updated on

admission procedures, visa rules, and education trends

Eligibility & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (

Master's preferred

)

1-3 years of experience

in academic counseling or education consultancy (preferred) Knowledge of

study abroad destinations

and Indian admissions Strong communication skills in

English and Malayalam

Excellent interpersonal and counseling skills Ability to work in a

target-oriented environment

Basic computer knowledge (

MS Office, CRM tools

)
