Business Development Executive (BDE) in Overseas Education

work from office
position
Counselling Students and Parents about courses and training plans
Interacting with the walk-ins as well as telephonic query of the prospective clients
Doing outbound calls to potential leads and fixing appointments with applicants
Managing enquiries and making effective follow-ups with prospective applicants via phone or e-mail
Giving feedback about the enquiries to the immediate supervisors
Updating daily, weekly & monthly enquiries, sales report
Generating new leads through old enquiries & references
Maintaining a good relationship with enrolled applicants and their parents
Handling applicant grievances
Achieving monthly and annual Enrollments targets which have been finalized in consultation with management
Required Candidate profile
Education: Minimum graduate (Any graduation)
Experience: 0-2 years in tele-sales / inside sales / customer service (Freshers welcome)
Excellent communication skills in Marathi, English and Hindi
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
Confidence in handling rejections & objections
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
Goal-oriented with a positive attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
