Key Responsibilities -

Handle inbound and outbound calls

to connect with prospective students and parents interested in studying abroad like

USA, UK, Australia, New Zealand, France, Germany, and Ireland

.

Provide accurate information

on international education opportunities, universities, programs, admission criteria, and visa requirements.

Qualify and nurture leads

generated through marketing campaigns, online inquiries, and walk-ins.

Understand student needs and academic backgrounds

to guide them toward suitable study destinations and courses.

Follow up consistently

with potential students through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to ensure conversions.

Requirements -

Bachelors degrees with 1-3 years of experience as Tele Counseling, Student Advisor, Career/Student Counslor. Prior experience into relevant overseas education industry. Strong

follow-up and conversion abilities

. Basic computer proficiency and CRM handling experience.
