About the Role Abroad Scholars is looking for a dynamic Overseas Education Counsellor to guide students through admissions to the UK, Ireland, Australia, and Canada. The ideal candidate must have strong English communication skills, be team-oriented, and be willing to work in a performance-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Student Counseling o Counsel students for UK, Ireland, Australia & Canada programs. o Evaluate academic profiles and suggest suitable courses & universities. o Provide accurate information on entry requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, visa steps, and timelines. Application & Documentation o Guide students in preparing SOPs, LORs, resumes, and financial documents. o Coordinate with the processing team for applications, offers, and CAS processes. o Maintain high-quality documentation and ensure timely submission of applications.

Sales & Conversions o Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email. o Explain admission pathways and convert enquiries into applications. o Achieve monthly enrollment targets and support the team during peak intakes. Communication & Teamwork o Maintain clear communication with students, parents, and internal teams. o Work collaboratively with the processing, marketing, and telecalling teams. o Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and weekend education fairs/events. Reporting & Database Management o Maintain CRM/Google Sheets with updated student notes. o Report daily calls, walk-ins, conversions, and pending actions

Required Skills o Strong English communication (spoken & written). o Knowledge of UK, Ireland, Australia & Canada study pathways. o Ability to build rapport and handle objections professionally. o Problem-solving skills & student-centered approach. o Team player with discipline and accountability.

Eligibility o Any degree (preferably in Arts/Science/Management). o Experience in overseas education counselling is an added advantage. o Willing to work 20-25+ calls/day during peak season. o Immediate joiners preferred. Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
