Key Responsibilities
Counsel students on study options in
New Zealand, Australia, Ireland, Europe, USA, and the UK
.
Understand students' academic backgrounds, interests, and career goals to suggest suitable courses and universities.
Guide students through the entire admission process, including application, documentation, and timelines.
Stay updated on admission requirements, intakes, and education policies of the assigned countries.
Coordinate with universities and admission teams for application follow-ups.
Conduct counselling sessions (in-person and online) and maintain regular communication with students.
Maintain accurate records of enquiries, applications, and conversions in the CRM.
Participate in education fairs, seminars, and promotional events.
Preferred Requirements
Minimum
1-3 years of experience
in overseas education counselling.
Strong knowledge of the education systems and admission procedures for
New Zealand, Australia, Ireland, Europe, USA, and the UK
.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle student queries professionally and convert enquiries into admissions.
Female candidates preferred.
