Job summary:

• As an Overseas Education Counsellor at Pravasa Education, your primary responsibility will be to guide and support students who are interested in studying abroad. You will assist students in selecting suitable courses, universities, and programs based on their educational background, career goals, and financial constraints. Additionally, you will provide comprehensive support throughout the entire application process, including helping students fill out forms, write essays, and prepare for visa interviews.

Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and support to students who are interested in studying abroad
• Assist students in selecting suitable courses, universities, and programs based on their educational background, career goals, and financial constraints
• Help students with the entire application process, including filling out forms, writing essays, and preparing for interviews
• Conduct thorough research on universities, programs, and scholarships available
• Develop and maintain relationships with team members and ensure regular communication with the admissions department
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide regular feedback to parents, guardians, students and team members
• Keep up-to-date with changes in abroad education policies and regulations
• Conduct and attend company events related to overseas education

Eligibility Details:

• Highest Educational Qualification: MBA (preferred)
• Minimum Educational Qualification: Graduation (first class, any stream)
• Minimum Work Experience (in Months): Preferably 1-2 years in educational counselling, freshers also welcomed
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office and other computer applications
• Ability to maintain good rapport with agents, sub-agents, and universities
• Ability to understand the students\xe2\x80\x99 needs properly
• Willingness to work according to the situation
• Patience, diligence, and analytical knowledge on processing

HR Policies:

• 3 months probation period
• Health insurance up to Rs. 12,000/- per annum reimbursable after probation
• 1 month notice period post probation
• Work hours: 6 days a week, Mon-Sat, 8 hrs a day; Sundays and Institute-designated public holidays (approx. 18 per annum) are off
• Leaves: 2 paid leaves per month
