Abacus Overseas Education Advisors is a leading overseas education consultancy dedicated to helping students achieve their academic goals abroad. We specialize in providing personalized guidance and end-to-end support for higher education in Germany and other top destinations.

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Overseas Educational Counsellor - Germany to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will guide students through the entire process of studying in Germany -- from choosing the right university and program to application assistance, visa guidance, and pre-departure support.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and parents regarding study opportunities in Germany.

Assist students with university selection, application submission, and admission procedures.

Provide detailed guidance on German visa requirements, blocked accounts, language tests (IELTS/TestDaF), and APS certification.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of German universities, courses, scholarships, and immigration regulations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with universities and educational partners in Germany.

Conduct information sessions, webinars, and follow-ups with potential students.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree.

1-3 years of experience in overseas education counselling, preferably for Germany.

Strong understanding of German higher education system, DAAD requirements, and visa process.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in English; knowledge of German language is a plus.

Ability to work independently and meet counseling targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 per month
