Counsel students on application processes, visa procedures, and financial aid options.
Assist students in preparing necessary documents such as SOPs, LORs, and resumes.
Conduct follow-ups via calls, emails, and in-person meetings to support students throughout the admission journey.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and application progress.
Stay updated with the latest study abroad trends, scholarships, and university updates.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for students.
Participate in webinars, seminars, and workshops to promote study abroad programs.
Key Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasive and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to understand student needs and provide personalized guidance.
Basic knowledge of international education systems and visa processes (preferred but not mandatory).
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
