). The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and counselling skills, a deep understanding of global education systems, and the ability to manage the end-to-end counselling process -- from enquiry to admission.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents regarding study abroad opportunities, courses, universities, and admission procedures across multiple destinations.
Assess students' profiles and recommend suitable programs and universities based on their academic background, test scores, and career goals.
Guide students through application processes including documentation, SOPs, LORs, and application submissions.
Stay updated with visa policies, admission deadlines, scholarships, and university requirements for key study destinations.
Coordinate with universities and internal teams to ensure smooth application and admission processes.
Conduct follow-ups with potential students via calls, emails, and meetings to ensure timely enrolment.
Participate in university webinars, training sessions, and promotional events to enhance destination knowledge.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and applications in the CRM system.
