Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a

dynamic and motivated Overseas Counsellor cum Visa Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a background in

visa-related processes

, possess

excellent communication skills in English Marathi and Hindi

, and be a

team player. Freshers are Welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Overseas Counsellor:

Guide students in selecting suitable universities and courses. Assist with application forms, document preparation, and submission. Coordinate with universities for application updates and

offer letters for UK, Ireland, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Dubai.

Maintain regular communication with students and parents.

Visa Processing:

Provide guidance on visa application procedures and documentation. Review and verify documents for accuracy and completeness. Schedule visa appointments and help students prepare for interviews. Stay updated on visa policies and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any relevant field. Knowledge of admission and visa procedures for major study destinations is an advantage. Strong communication skills in

English and Hindi

( written and verbal ). Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple applications efficiently. Proficiency in MS Office and documentation software.

2-3 years of Experience in Overseas Counsellor or relevant.
