Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Overseas Academic Counselor to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong desire to guide students in their pursuit of international education. You will be responsible for providing accurate and personalized guidance to students seeking admission to foreign universities and colleges.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students regarding overseas education opportunities, including programs, admission procedures, eligibility, and career pathways. Assess student profiles and provide appropriate university and course options based on academic background and career goals. Assist students in application processes including documentation, SOPs, LORs, and visa procedures. Maintain regular follow-ups with students and parents through emails, phone calls, and face-to-face meetings. Keep updated with admission deadlines, international education trends, and visa regulations. Participate in educational fairs, seminars, and events to promote overseas education programs. Collaborate with internal teams and partner institutions to ensure smooth student onboarding.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education, Counseling, or related field preferred). Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills. Prior experience in academic counseling or international education consulting is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Customer-centric and goal-oriented approach.
