. The candidate will be responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair of overhead and transmission line systems while following safety standards and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Installation, erection, and maintenance of
overhead and transmission power lines
Stringing, sagging, tensioning, and clipping of conductors
Tower climbing and working at heights using proper safety equipment
Inspection and repair of transmission line components
Assist in shutdown and live-line maintenance as per safety procedures
Follow
HSE and safety regulations
at all times
Work as part of a team to meet project deadlines
Report daily work progress to supervisor
Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma in Electrical Engineering
or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of experience
in overhead / transmission line work
Certification in Working at Heights
(mandatory)
Knowledge of electrical drawings and transmission line equipment
Physically fit and able to work at heights and outdoor conditions
Basic understanding of safety standards and electrical procedures
Ability to work
8 hours per day, 6 days per week
