We are looking for a highly motivated Branch Manager to lead our city operations in Madurai. This role requires leadership, operational efficiency, team management, and business development skills. You'll be responsible for end-to-end management of the local team and play a critical role in expanding our business and improving service quality.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the city team, including drivers, marketing, and customer service
Drive business growth through partnerships, corporate tie-ups, and strategic planning
Set goals and KPIs for each department and ensure timely achievement
Analyze operational data and implement improvements
Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality standards
Coordinate with head office for reporting and execution of city-level strategies

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
3+ years of experience in operations or team management (transportation/logistics preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Business acumen with a problem-solving mindset
Knowledge of local Madurai geography and market is a plus

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
