Summary

Bitkraft Technologies LLP is looking for an OutSystems Developer with 3+ years of hands-on OutSystems experience, based in India, who can join immediately. The ideal candidate has built 10+ OutSystems applications (including multi-user / role-based access apps), understands the platform end-to-end, and is comfortable using OutSystems' latest AI-assisted capabilities to accelerate delivery.

Essential Skills

3+ years total OutSystems experience (must be primary skill, not secondary). Based in India and available to join immediately (or within very short notice). Built at least 10 OutSystems apps, with experience in multi-user access / RBAC. Strong understanding of: Reactive Web / Traditional Web / Mobile (as applicable) Entities, relationships, aggregates, advanced queries Client/Server actions, timers, exception handling LifeTime, environment management, deployments, and versioning Performance tuning (queries, pagination, caching, reusability) Solid integration experience with REST APIs (SOAP is a plus). Good grasp of secure development practices: roles, permissions, data security.

Other Essential Skills / Requirements

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Ability to work independently and in teams. Clear communication and documentation habits. Comfort working in a fast-paced consulting/delivery environment

Desirable Skills

Experience with OutSystems 11 and exposure to newer platform capabilities/updates. Knowledge of CI/CD concepts and automation around OutSystems deployments. Experience with external authentication: SSO / SAML / OAuth2. Familiarity with Azure/AWS hosting considerations (if applicable). OutSystems certifications (Associate/Professional) are a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy web and/or mobile applications using OutSystems. Build scalable apps with multi-user access, role-based permissions, and strong security controls. Work across the full SDLC: requirements ? architecture ? development ? testing ? deployment ? support. Create and manage data models, server actions, integrations, and reusable components. Use OutSystems AI features and platform accelerators for faster delivery while maintaining quality. Integrate OutSystems apps with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, and handle authentication (OAuth/JWT/Basic where applicable). Handle troubleshooting, performance optimization, and bug fixing across environments. Participate in code reviews, establish best practices, and maintain technical documentation.
