Key Responsibilities:

Local Procurement & Vendor Coordination

Identify, approach, and coordinate with local suppliers for materials, services, and logistics.

Field Activities

Travel locally using a two-wheeler for procurement, delivery follow-ups, document collection, and other assigned tasks. Visit vendor locations, service centers, or other sites as required.

Logistics & Support Work

Assist in dispatching and collecting materials. Support day-to-day outsourcing tasks assigned by reporting managers. Ensure timely completion of fieldwork and documentation.

Communication & Coordination

Communicate effectively with local vendors using local languages. Coordinate between internal departments and external parties to complete outsourcing activities smoothly.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Two-wheeler driving skills

with a valid driving license.

Knowledge of local languages

for smooth communication.

Good understanding of local areas

, routes, and landmarks.

Strong local supplier network

or ability to build and maintain vendor contacts. Basic negotiation and communication skills. Ability to handle field activities independently and responsibly. Time management and commitment to deadlines.

Qualifications:

Minimum SSLC / PUC / Graduate (based on company requirement). Prior experience in outsourcing, procurement, or fieldwork preferred.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
