The Role: Business Intelligence Reporting Analyst

The Team:

The Business Intelligence & Analytics Management Team is responsible for managing the Extract, Transform and Load process, architecting and producing business intelligence reports/dashboards for management and clients.

Your Impact:

As a Business Intelligence Reporting Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work in a team that\'s expanding vertically in terms of products being supported. You will be trained on Software Solutions products, i.e Markit EDM, thinkFolio and WSO. You will have the opportunity to produce client visible Service Level Agreement, Analytics and Informational Reports, as well as produce dashboards and Web User Interfaces to support management with their decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Designing, Producing and Maintaining Business Intelligence Reports and Dashboards for management and clients.
• Automate and streamlining of our operations and deployment processes.
• Supporting ad-hoc requests for reports and deliverables that are on-time and high quality.
• Tools and automation-based monitoring of production environments to provide proactive Service Level Agreement (SLA) metrics to internal stakeholders to help manage our clients better.
• Troubleshooting and resolving root cause issues in our reporting ecosystem.
• Improving the Quality and Accuracy of our reports.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently on certain projects, while contributing to a large team.

What We\'re Looking For:

• 1-3 years of experience in SQL programming.
• Knowledge of ETL process.
• Experience in using visualization tools such as SSRS/Power BI/Tableau.
• Knowledge and experience of working with cloud platforms like AWS (S3, EC2, DynamoDB, Lambda).

• Some industrial experience in data manipulation techniques with Python and libraries like Pandas or NumPy is preferred.
• Experience in extracting data from AWS as well as transitioning data in and out of AWS from/into SQL databases is preferred.
