We are seeking an Outsourced Services Deputy Manager to join the Outsourced Services Accounting practice in our Bengaluru office. What Work You Will be Responsible For: Complete hands-on and control over Accounts Payable process. Complete hands-on and control over Accounts Receivable process. End-to-end accounting knowledge and experience is mandatory. Monitor and report aging of receivables/payables in a timely manner. Record monthly Journal Entries & Payroll Journals with 100% accuracy within the TAT. Analyse and prepare Bank Reconciliations and Balance Sheet schedules. Analyse variances in P&L and Balance Sheet accounts. Conduct weekly team meetings, identity knowledge gap and train the team members to improve their efficiency. Ensure that controls and processes/procedures are updated and strictly followed. Escalate issues/concerns to Manager on timely manner with Root Cause Analysis. Basic Qualifications: B.com/M.com/MBA (Finance) or CA Range of Experience: 7 to 10 years of relevant experience Preferred/Desired Qualifications: Master\'s degree in finance, Accounting, or equivalent field Working knowledge of QBO, Xero, Bill.com, Yardi, Net-suite, Intacct, Expensify & Concur is preferable.
