Job Title: Outside Sales Executive - Automotive Lubricants

Location: Zirakpur, Punjab

Salary Range: ?15,000 - ?25,000 per month + Incentives

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Outside Sales Executive with experience in engine oil and lubricant sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets in the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit workshops, retailers, mechanics, and distributorsto promote and sell engine oils and lubricants.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
Identify potential clients in the market and generate new leads.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
Coordinate with the internal team for order processing, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
Prepare daily visit reports and update sales activities regularly.
Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of field sales experience, preferably in automotive lubricants, spare parts, or related sectors*.

Strong understanding of engine oils, lubricants, and workshop operations*.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license*.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ready to travel in the local market.
