Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential clients (distributors, retailers, institutions, direct buyers). Conduct client meetings and product presentations. Generate leads through field visits, exhibitions, and promotional activities. Build and maintain strong client relationships to increase sales. Collect requirements, negotiate deals, and close sales orders. Maintain a client database and ensure follow-up for repeat business. Submit daily and weekly reports on visits, leads, and conversions.

Skills & Requirements

Excellent communication and convincing skills. Confident in handling new clients and field interactions. Sales-driven and target-oriented personality. Knowledge of herbal/ayurvedic/FMCG industry (preferred). Willingness to travel extensively.

Position Details

Experience:

1-3 years in Sales/Marketing (Herbal/FMCG preferred)

Education:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, or related field
