Job Description

The Outside Operations Manager at Lytegen will oversee all operational activities that occur outside of the main office, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet our high-quality standards. This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively manage teams and subcontractors on-site, ensuring compliance with company protocols and safety regulations. As a vital part of our operations, you will act as the key liaison between clients, field staff, and the corporate office, swiftly addressing any issues that arise during the execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities:

• Directly supervise field operations, ensuring teams are equipped and prepared to perform their tasks.
• Implement and uphold safety and quality standards across all sites.
• Collaborate with project managers to align operational goals with project timelines.
• Monitor project progress and provide actionable insights to management.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess operations and facilitate any necessary adjustments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role within field operations.
• Proven experience in managing teams and subcontractors.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Willingness to travel frequently to various job sites.
