We're looking for energetic and target-driven individuals to join our Talent Operations team. The role involves making outbound calls to professionals, introducing suitable job opportunities, and driving the engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to IT job seekers and share relevant opportunities.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Update candidate details accurately in the system.
Follow up with interested candidates for application or registration completion.
Maintain professionalism and consistent communication quality.
Requirements
6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, or recruitment support.
Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi.
High energy, confidence, and goal orientation.
Comfortable handling 100-120 calls per day.
Basic computer and data entry skills.
