About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Outreach Specialist to build and maintain strong relationships with communities, partners, and stakeholders. This role requires extensive field engagement, event participation, and collaboration with diverse groups. The candidate must be open and

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage target audiences. Travel to different locations for community meetings, events, and partnership activities. Build and maintain long-term relationships with organizations, institutions, and stakeholders. Represent the company at events, workshops, and conferences. Monitor outreach initiatives and prepare regular reports. Work closely with internal teams to ensure outreach aligns with company goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field. Proven experience in outreach, community engagement, or similar roles. Excellent communication and networking skills.

Must be willing and able to travel extensively.

Ability to manage time and projects effectively.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in event planning and execution. Strong negotiation and presentation skills. Familiarity with CRM systems and social media outreach.
