Explain the key features and benefits of products and programs (e.g., Career Assessment Tests, Career Counselling Sessions, Workshops) to schools/colleges and their principals via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
Initiate outreach through calls and proposal emails to engage schools/colleges in various activities and programs.
Drive lead generation from schools/colleges by promoting participation in career-related initiatives.
Provide strategic direction for all school/college outreach efforts to align with organizational goals.
Manage and oversee the lead generation process, including tele-calling, lead nurturing, and conversion tracking.
Monitor the team's performance and ensure outreach targets are met within deadlines.
Resolve operational issues and provide timely support to the outreach team as needed.
Define team structure, assign responsibilities, and establish effective reporting systems.
Train new employees on outreach processes, communication, and organizational objectives.
Maintain and update the outreach database to ensure accurate records of all interactions and leads.
Prepare and submit regular outreach reports with key metrics and performance insights.
Plan and implement outreach strategies that support the organization's larger growth objectives.
Represent the organization at educational events, fairs, seminars, and information sessions to promote programs.
Build and nurture strategic partnerships with external consultants, educators, and key stakeholders.
Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to develop and execute promotional materials, webinars, and campus events.
Provide regular feedback to the sales team regarding the quality and performance of leads generated.
Maintain long-term relationships with schools/colleges to ensure future collaborations and ongoing engagement.
