He/ She is responsible for identifying and enrolling candidates for various training programs and ensuring their successful placement after course completion. The role requires strong communication, networking, and organizational skills to bridge the gap between trainees and potential employers.
Coordinate with schools, colleges, self-help groups, and community centers to identify potential candidates.
Conduct door-to-door visits, community meetings, and campaigns to create awareness about the training programs.
Collaborate with local authorities, NGOs, and community leaders for mobilization efforts.
Visit villages, urban settlements, schools, colleges, and workplaces to identify eligible candidates.
Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, corporates, and organizations for placement opportunities.
Organize campus interviews, job fairs, and employer engagement activities.
Follow up with employers and candidates to monitor job satisfaction and retention.
