Role Objective
Drive high-quality outbound outreach by identifying the right prospects, initiating first contact, and warming leads for the sales team through structured, consistent communication.
Key Responsibilities
? Research and build targeted prospect lists (companies, decision-makers, roles)
? Execute outbound outreach via:
Email
LinkedIn
WhatsApp (where applicable)
? Personalize outreach messages based on industry, role, and use case
? Follow defined outreach sequences and ensure timely follow-ups
? Track responses, intent signals, and engagement levels
? Update CRM with:
Contact details
Outreach status
Response notes
? Coordinate with telecallers and sales closers for handover of interested leads
? Test subject lines, messaging angles, and outreach timing
? Share weekly insights on:
What messaging works
Objections received
Patterns in responses
Required Skills & Experience
? Strong written communication skills (clear, concise, professional)
? Basic research skills (LinkedIn, websites, Google, databases)
? Comfort with CRM tools or spreadsheets
? Understanding of B2B sales outreach fundamentals
? Discipline in follow-ups and data hygiene
? Ability to work with scripts and improve them over time
Good to Have
? Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, etc.
? Exposure to SaaS / B2B services outreach
? Familiarity with email deliverability best practices
? Ability to spot buying signals early
Success Metrics
? Number of qualified conversations generated
