We are seeking an experienced and globally connected
Digital PR & Media Partnerships Manager
to lead our outreach, negotiation, and partnership efforts with top international publications, blogs, and media networks.
Your goal:
build and manage exclusive publishing partnerships
on high-authority global domains to drive our Parasite SEO strategy and strengthen worldwide brand visibility.
You will collaborate closely with our SEO and content teams to ensure each partnership delivers measurable authority, ranking improvements, and brand exposure.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and evaluate high-authority global media outlets (U.S., UK, EU, APAC) for partnership opportunities.
Conduct outreach and negotiate collaboration terms with editors, publishers, and media representatives.
Secure
exclusive publishing access or recurring content placements
on global Tier-1 and Tier-2 websites.
Manage and maintain long-term media relationships, ensuring consistent publication opportunities.
Coordinate with content creators to develop SEO-optimized, editorial-quality articles.
Track the performance of each partnership: backlinks, keyword rankings, and referral traffic.
Ensure compliance with ethical SEO standards and Google's linking policies.
Required Skills & Experience
4-10 years of experience in
Digital PR, Media Partnerships, or SEO Outreach.
Proven track record securing placements on
international media outlets
(e.g., Forbes, Entrepreneur, Business Insider, TechRadar, etc.).
Strong understanding of
Parasite SEO
and domain authority leveraging.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Skilled in negotiation and relationship management across different time zones.
Proficient with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, BuzzSumo, or Pitchbox.
Data-driven approach to measuring partnership ROI.
Preferred Qualifications
Established network of media or journalist contacts.
Familiarity with global publishing norms and sponsored content negotiations.
Understanding of Google's latest site reputation and link-building policies.
Experience working with remote international teams.
