Position Overview:
The Outreach Manager will be responsible for developing and executing outreach strategies to enhance the institute's visibility, build strong relationships with schools, colleges, corporate partners, and educational bodies, and drive student enrollments for various academic programs. The role demands a blend of marketing, relationship management, communication, and event coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Institutional Outreach & Partnerships
Identify, engage, and build strategic relationships with schools, colleges, coaching centers, and corporate organizations.
Plan and conduct outreach programs, career guidance sessions, and educational fairs to promote the institute's offerings.
Collaborate with academic and admissions teams to organize seminars, workshops, and webinars in target institutions.
Develop MoUs with academic and corporate partners for collaborative initiatives, internships, and placements.
2. Brand Promotion & Marketing
Represent the institution at educational expos, conferences, and networking events.
Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding and promotional activities in outreach efforts.
Develop and maintain content for outreach collaterals such as brochures, presentations, and digital campaigns.
3. Admissions Support
Work closely with the admissions team to ensure lead generation and conversion targets are met.
Track and analyze outreach performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve engagement and conversion rates.
4. Event Planning & Execution
Plan and execute large-scale outreach events, including open houses, career fairs, and info sessions.
Manage logistics, vendor coordination, and communication for events to ensure high-quality execution.
5. Communication & Relationship Management
Maintain continuous engagement with partner institutions and counselors.
Build rapport with prospective students and parents, addressing queries and providing program information.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Management, Communications, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
3-6 years of experience in educational outreach, admissions, or marketing (experience in higher education preferred).
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and networking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.
Ability to travel extensively for outreach activities.

Pay: ₹16,923.83 - ₹45,520.18 per month
