Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic and result-driven
B2B Sales Executive
to join our growing team in the EdTech/Education domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting pre-qualified leads, acquiring new institutional clients, managing existing relationships, and driving repeat business through consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads through networking events, community events, and field activities
Contact prospective customers via phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings
Conduct market research to develop warm and qualified leads
Identify and evaluate prospects that match the target demographic
Present and demonstrate products/solutions to educational institutions
Convert leads into customers and close bulk or institutional deals
Upsell and cross-sell additional products or services as required
Maintain accurate records using CRM or sales tracking tools
Report weekly sales performance, targets, and pipeline updates to management
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms for bulk orders
Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients and seek referrals
Attend regular training sessions to stay updated on product offerings
Requirements & Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in
Outbound/B2B Sales
, preferably in:
Education Institutes
EdTech companies
ERP or SaaS solutions for institutions
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Good command of English (additional regional languages are a plus)
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
Target-driven mindset with strong negotiation skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
Willingness to travel for field sales and client meetings
