Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive
white-hat link-building strategies
aligned with SEO and business goals.
Identify, evaluate, and qualify
high-authority websites
through competitor analysis, industry research, and backlink audits.
Conduct outreach to bloggers, publishers, influencers, and webmasters via
email, LinkedIn, Slack, and Facebook groups
to secure quality backlinks.
Collaborate with content and SEO teams to create
link-worthy assets
(blogs, guest posts, infographics, research studies, etc.).
Copy-edit and review content submitted by writers/bloggers to ensure it aligns with client requirements and SEO best practices.
Manage and track outreach campaigns, including link placements, content submissions, and blogger/writer payments.
Perform
broken link building
, reclaim unlinked brand mentions, and identify niche community posting opportunities.
Write and manage
Quora answers/projects
for brand awareness and link-building.
Create
pitch decks, link-building proposals
, and communicate results with internal teams and clients.
Stay up-to-date with the latest
SEO trends, Google algorithm updates
, and link-building best practices.
Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, backlinks acquired, and performance reports.
Skills & Qualifications
2-4 years
of proven experience in link-building, SEO outreach, and off-page SEO.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
Strong understanding of
Google's ranking algorithms, search engine guidelines, and SEO principles

Hands-on expertise with SEO tools:
