Purpose:
Generate new business and patient leads through proactive outreach, partnership development, and CRM-driven follow-up. This role bridges sales and marketing -- managing outbound campaigns and supporting SEO link-building and PR outreach.
Core Responsibilities:
Identify and engage new B2C and B2B leads (patients, referral partners, corporates).
Use Zoho CRM to manage pipelines, track conversations, and report outcomes.
Support blog outreach, PR placements, and directory listings for backlinks.
Execute personalised email or LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
Collaborate with SEO and Creative teams for content-led outreach opportunities.
Core Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication for UK audience.
Experience with Zoho CRM, email automation, and outreach tools.
Understanding of backlink building, PR coordination, and digital partnerships.
Proactive approach to networking, negotiation, and relationship building.
Success KPIs:
Volume and quality of leads generated through outreach.
Outreach-to-conversion rate (meetings booked, enquiries converted).
Number of successful link placements and PR features.
CRM engagement metrics (follow-ups, pipeline movement).
Contribution to domain authority and organic performance.
