Reporting To

Outreach Manager / Program Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

Outreach & Awareness

Visit schools, colleges, ITIs, NGOs, and community centers to promote scholarship programs.

Conduct awareness sessions for students, parents, teachers, and counselors.

Coordinate with principals, headmasters, and institutional authorities for permissions and scheduling.

Distribute outreach materials (posters, brochures, digital links, WhatsApp messages, etc.).

Stakeholder Coordination

Build and maintain relationships with school/college authorities and partner NGOs.

Coordinate with CSR partners and local organizations for program implementation.

Act as the point of contact between the NGO and field stakeholders.

Student Support

Guide eligible students in understanding scholarship criteria and benefits.

Support students in online application submission and document uploading.

Track applications and follow up with institutions for completion.

Data Collection & Reporting

Collect data on outreach activities, number of institutions visited, and student participation

Maintain records of contacts, visits, and outcomes.

Submit daily/weekly field reports to the reporting manager.

Travel & Field Work

Extensive field travel within assigned districts/states.

Represent the organization professionally during all field engagements.

Eligibility & Requirements

Educational Qualification

Minimum: Graduate in any discipline (Social Work, Education, or Management preferred)

Experience

1-3 years of experience in field outreach, NGO work, CSR projects, education sector, or sales/promotions

Freshers with strong field aptitude may also be considered

Skills & Competencies

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable with fieldwork and travel

Basic digital literacy (smartphone, Google Forms, online portals, WhatsApp)

Ability to coordinate with institutions and students

Fluency in local/regional language(s); basic English preferred

Other Requirements

Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred

Willingness to work on contractual basis

Male candidate preferred due to extensive field travel requirements

Compensation

Fixed monthly remuneration (as per experience)

Travel allowance / field expenses as per organization policy

Performance-based incentives (if applicable)

Timely and accurate reporting
