We are seeking a motivated and socially aware

Outreach Facilitator

to drive community engagement and beneficiary mobilization under a government-supported initiative. The role involves field-based interaction, awareness generation, and facilitation of program participation.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outreach activities to inform and engage target communities Facilitate registration and onboarding of beneficiaries Build trust and maintain relationships with local stakeholders Organize and support awareness events and field campaigns Collect feedback and report insights to the project team Coordinate with center staff and mobilizers for smooth execution

Candidate Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for community development and public service Ability to travel locally and work in field settings Familiarity with local language, culture, and geography
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?10,000.00 per month
