Role Overview
We're looking for an
Outreach Executive / Manager
to join our growing sales and brand partnerships team.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in
sales outreach, lead generation and client engagement
-- playing a key role in identifying and connecting with potential business partners.
If you're a proactive communicator who enjoys research, relationship-building and turning leads into lasting business opportunities, we'd love to have you on board.
Key Responsibilities
Initiate and manage outreach campaigns to generate leads and business opportunities.
Conduct
cold calls, WhatsApp messages and email campaigns
targeting potential clients.
Maintain and update
spreadsheets and CRM systems
for accurate tracking and reporting.
Collaborate with the
sales and business development teams
to improve conversion rates.
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
Research and identify potential clients across categories --
brands, agencies, startups, OTT platforms and entertainment.
Use advanced tools like
Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hunter and Clearbit
to extract verified data.
Organize and manage lead details through CRMs such as
Zoho
.
Run intelligent outreach campaigns via
LinkedIn, email, calls and WhatsApp
to initiate conversations.
Analyze brand campaigns and trends to find relevant outreach angles.
Work closely with the business development team to qualify and hand over high-intent leads.
Track progress and follow up systematically to improve conversion rates.
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in
lead generation, sales outreach, or B2B prospecting
.
Freshers
with strong tool knowledge are welcome.
Proficiency with
outreach platforms, CRMs and lead-generation tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and a research-driven approach.
Strong understanding of
digital marketing and media
is a plus.
Self-starter with a performance-driven attitude and ownership mindset.
