Job Description

A leading client of CareerBricks working in the education and social impact space is seeking dynamic Outreach Executives to build institutional partnerships, run awareness drives, and coordinate community programs. You will be responsible for connecting with schools, colleges, NGOs, and community groups to introduce programs, schedule workshops, and ensure successful program delivery.
On a typical day you may conduct field visits, present program benefits to institutional stakeholders, coordinate logistics for workshops, collect feedback, and maintain outreach records. The role requires high energy, confident public speaking, and the ability to inspire participation. Mobility is key - candidates should be comfortable with frequent intra-city travel and occasional outstation trips.
This is an excellent opportunity for socially conscious individuals who enjoy relationship building and want direct impact. You'll work closely with program leads to refine outreach strategies and support monitoring and evaluation activities.
Requirements
Graduate; social work/education background is a plus
0-3 years in outreach, field roles, or campus engagement
Comfortable with travel and fieldwork; excellent interpersonal skills
Good record-keeping and reporting aptitude
