Execute outbound marketing activities through cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns to generate qualified leads.
Research and identify key decision-makers across target industries such as Financial Services, Manufacturing, and FMCG.
Develop and deliver personalized outreach messages to build relationships, nurture prospects, and schedule meetings.
Accurately record and maintain outreach activities, lead interactions, and progress updates in the CRM system.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handovers and contribute to consistent pipeline growth.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in B2B outreach, lead generation, or inside sales.
Excellent communication and persuasive skills, with the ability to confidently engage with C-level executives and decision-makers.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation platforms, and CRM systems (preferred).
Highly proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
