Outreach Coordinator & Trainer

who will coordinate with schools and colleges and deliver engaging study-skill sessions to students across Gujarat.

You will be the face of our initiative -- it's about

meeting principals, coordinating, and delivering inspiring sessions for the students

. At times, you will also conduct

student development sessions within our own college

.

Responsibilities

Visit schools and diploma colleges, meet principals/owners, and secure permissions for student sessions. Coordinate with teachers and staff for smooth scheduling and logistics. Conduct interactive sessions for students on various topics. Deliver occasional sessions for students at our own college. Maintain follow-ups with schools/colleges via calls and WhatsApp. Collect feedback and suggest improvements to enhance future sessions. Represent our college brand in a professional, inspiring, and student-friendly manner.
What We're Looking For

Excellent communication skills in Gujarati + Hindi/English. Confidence in public speaking and engaging with students. Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with principals, teachers, and students. Organized and reliable, with the ability to manage multiple sessions and travel within Gujarat. Interest in education and youth development. No prior experience required - full training will be provided. Fresh graduates or final-year students passionate about public speaking are encouraged to apply.
