Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced

Outreach Coordinator

to lead our institutional collaboration and volunteer engagement efforts. This role is crucial to building strategic alliances, scaling outreach programs, and fostering long-term partnerships that support the foundation's mission.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strategic partnerships with schools, colleges, NGOs, and corporate organizations. Draft professional communications including partnership proposals, letters, and outreach emails. Plan and execute targeted outreach campaigns across diverse regions. Manage the onboarding process and maintain regular follow-ups with institutional partners. Coordinate with the events and marketing teams to amplify engagement through partnership activities. Support the onboarding and coordination of volunteers and interns. Train and mentor outreach coordinators, volunteers, and interns to enhance program efficiency.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in outreach, partnership development, or institutional engagement roles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and persuasive tone. Proven track record in building and managing large-scale partnerships. Strong organizational and follow-up skills to manage multiple stakeholders and campaigns. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across functions.
