1. Serve as the primary point of contact between the media department and the architect or
design team.
2. Coordinate and track the schedule of meetings, events, and project interactions to ensure
timely follow-ups and smooth workflow.
3. Visit project sites, document observations, and prepare structured reports or notes for
internal communication and media documentation.
4. Support in gathering project-related data, images, and content for publications, shoots, and
media features.
5. Maintain detailed records of communications, schedules, and updates for all ongoing and
upcoming activities.
6. Assist in logistical planning for interviews, photoshoots, or media events involving architects
or their projects.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of communication strategies with
project timelines and deliverables.
8. Provide administrative and coordination support to ensure efficiency in all cross-functional
engagements.
Qualifications & Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, Communication, Media Studies, or a related field.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
4. Comfort with site visits, documentation, and on-ground coordination.
5. Familiarity with architectural terminology and workflow is a plus.
6. Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
7. Self-motivated, professional, and adaptable to dynamic work environments.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
