Outreach Associate

to be the face of our organization when connecting with schools, colleges, doctors, and other institutions.

Key Responsibilities

Visit schools, colleges, organizations, and healthcare professionals to introduce our company and its services. Clearly explain the concept, vision, and offerings of our company to stakeholders. Build relationships with key decision-makers and maintain a professional company image. Book and confirm appointments for meetings with the senior team. Maintain a log of visits, calls, and follow-ups in an organized manner. Support the outreach team in planning and executing campaigns.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Marketing, Business, Social Work, or related fields). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Confident, polite, and professional in approaching new people. Self-motivated and willing to travel locally for outreach. Good organizational and follow-up skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in outreach, sales, or fieldwork (freshers with good communication skills are welcome). Fluency in English and local languages.
