Position Title - Outreach Associate
Reporting Location - Delhi

About the Position:

The Outreach Associate will be an integral part of the GMR Varalaskhmi Foundation's Tinker on Wheels (TOW) program. This initiative aims to bring hands-on STEM learning experiences tostudents in schools. The role involves delivering educational activities, inspiring young minds, and ensuring the smooth execution of the program.

Qualifications & Skills:

? Must hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
? Willingness to travel frequently to various locations as needed.
? Possession of a valid 4-wheeler driving license.
? Good communication skills, both written and verbal

Key Responsibilities :

1. Safely drive the Tinker on Wheels (TOW) to schools and event locations.
2. Ensure the vehicle is well-maintained, charged or fueled, and ready for travel.
3. Conduct basic troubleshooting of the vehicle when needed.
4. Maintain a log of trips and fuel/charging usage.
5. Assist the mentor in setting up and conducting STEM activities.
6. Help in managing equipment such as laptops, VR devices, 3D printers, and other equipment.
7. Engage with students, answer queries, and ensure smooth execution of sessions.
8. Lead STEM sessions in the mentor's absence.
9. Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to program equipment.
