The Outreach and Admissions Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the admissions process, engaging with prospective students, and assisting in outreach activities such as school visits, education fairs, and information sessions. The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to relationship management and student engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Outreach Activities:
Represent the institution at school visits, education fairs, workshops, and events.
Assist in planning and executing outreach strategies to increase visibility and student engagement.
Support coordination of bootcamps, seminars, and information sessions with the Director and other team members.
Liaise with students, parents, and schools to provide information about programmes and admissions timelines.
Collaborate with the marketing and communications team for outreach content and campaigns.
Admissions Support:
Handle student inquiries (calls, emails, and walk-ins) and guide them through the admission process.
Maintain and update the admissions database and follow up with leads regularly.
Coordinate entrance tests, interviews, and counselling sessions.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably in Business, Marketing, or Education).
Work Experience in the same field is necessity more preferable School Outreach .
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and organisational abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
Comfortable with occasional travel for outreach activities.

Pay: Up to ?40,000.00 per month
