Plan, organize, and oversee daily outpatient operations to ensure seamless patient care.
Coordinate with doctors regarding OP schedules, availability, and consultation timings.
Manage patient appointments, registration, and waiting time to ensure smooth flow.
Supervise OPD support staff (nurses, front office, assistants) to ensure efficiency.
Handle patient queries, grievances, and feedback to improve service quality.
Monitor OPD performance metrics - patient inflow, consultation time, turnaround time.
Ensure proper documentation, billing, and record maintenance of OPD services.
Coordinate with diagnostic/lab, pharmacy, and other departments for integrated care.
Implement SOPs for OPD operations and ensure adherence to policies and compliance.
Manage emergency cases in OPD and escalate to higher management when required.
Prepare monthly reports on OPD operations and suggest process improvements.
