Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations of the outlet
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly
Manage staff schedules and daily task assignments
Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
Train and onboard new staff members
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Track sales and provide regular performance reports
Implement strategies to drive sales and enhance customer experience
