Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily store operations, including staff supervision, customer service, and sales performance
Drive walk-in and telephonic/inbound sales to meet monthly revenue targets
Actively promote and close
bulk orders, party bookings, and event sales
Build and maintain relationships with local schools, corporates, and community groups for business opportunities
Train and motivate team members to upsell and maintain service standards
Ensure store cleanliness, food safety, inventory control, and compliance with company policies
Coordinate with marketing team to run local promotions and in-store campaigns
Prepare daily sales reports and monitor KPIs
Requirements:
3-6 years of experience in QSR outlets (Domino's, Pizza Hut, Subway, etc.)
Proven track record in
sales, upselling, and team leadership
Strong understanding of store-level marketing, customer service, and event coordination
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Hands-on experience in managing inventory, staff schedules, and POS systems
Ability to work on weekends, holidays, and peak business hours
