Role Overview:

We're looking for a friendly, confident, and well-organized

Receptionist

to manage our store front and create a welcoming first impression for all walk-in clients. You will be the face of our showroom--managing customer queries, coordinating appointments, and supporting the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist walk-in customers warmly Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries Maintain appointment and visitor logs Coordinate with the sales and design team for client follow-ups Keep the reception area tidy and visually appealing Handle basic administrative and billing support as needed

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of experience in a customer-facing or receptionist role Strong communication skills in Hindi and basic English Pleasant personality with good grooming and interpersonal etiquette Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, Email) Ability to manage multiple tasks with professionalism
