The Outlet Manager is responsible for the overall performance, service quality, operational efficiency, and profitability of the Bodycraft branch. This role ensures a premium customer experience, leads and motivates the outlet team, maintains brand standards, and drives business growth through effective operational and people management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Experience & Service Quality
Ensure every client receives exceptional service aligned with Bodycraft's premium standards.
Handle customer concerns, complaints, and escalations professionally and promptly.
Monitor service delivery across beauty, hair, skin, and wellness categories.
Ensure hygienic, safe, and clean salon and spa environments at all times.
2. Operations Management
Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to SOPs.
Manage appointment scheduling, walk-ins, and service time efficiency.
Ensure availability and proper usage of products, tools, and equipment.
Oversee housekeeping standards as per Bodycraft guidelines.
3. Sales & Revenue Management
Drive sales targets for services, memberships, and retail products.
Implement promotional campaigns and monitor their effectiveness.
Track daily/weekly/monthly revenue reports and take corrective action when needed.
Ensure optimal utilization of service staff to maximize productivity.
4. Staff & Team Leadership
Lead, motivate, and supervise hairstylists, beauticians, therapists, front desk staff, and housekeeping staff.
Conduct daily briefings, performance evaluations, and regular training needs assessments.
Ensure staff grooming, discipline, attendance, and professionalism meet brand standards.
Manage roster planning and resolve team grievances.
5. Inventory & Vendor Management
Monitor stock levels, conduct regular inventory audits, and manage timely reordering.
Ensure proper storage, usage, and documentation of consumables and retail products.
Coordinate with internal procurement and external vendors as required.
6. Compliance & Safety
Ensure adherence to company policies, statutory compliance, and audit guidelines.
Maintain safety protocols, sterilization standards, and documentation.
Ensure license renewals, certifications, and regulatory inspections are up to date.
7. Reporting & Administration
Maintain MIS reports on revenue, staff performance, customer feedback, and expenses.
Review customer databases and work with CRM for retention activities.
Oversee cash handling, billing accuracy, and daily reconciliations.

Qualifications & Experience
