Job Description

As an Outlet Person, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service within our outlet. Your primary duties will include assisting customers, handling transactions, maintaining cleanliness, restocking inventory, and upholding company standards. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner while stepping out the store also . Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the outlet, including workstations, seating areas, and restrooms. Restock inventory and ensure shelves are adequately replenished. Follow company procedures for opening and closing the outlet. Monitor and address any issues related to product quality, cleanliness, or customer satisfaction. Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service. Assist in other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a customer service or retail environment is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately. Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Basic maths skills and familiarity with cash register systems. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Experience

: 2+ Years Excellent communication in English required.
