This role involves managing staff, maintaining quality standards, and achieving financial goals. Key Responsibilities: 1. Staff Management:
- Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff.
- Schedule and manage employee shifts.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns and feedback.
- Maintain a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering and stock control.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor daily restaurant operations to meet quality and efficiency standards.
- Manage budgets and control costs to achieve profitability targets.
- Monitor revenue and expenses, reporting on financial performance.
