Supervise preparation of tea, snacks, and food items as per SOPs.
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen and service areas.
Ensure timely service and product quality.
Inventory Control
Monitor daily stock of raw materials, packaging items, and consumables.
Place timely requisitions to avoid shortages.
Minimize wastage and maintain proper storage.
Customer Service
Greet and interact with customers, ensuring a pleasant experience.
Handle customer complaints politely and resolve issues quickly.
Maintain consistent service speed and quality.
Cash & Billing
Manage the cash counter and POS system.
Ensure accurate billing and daily cash reconciliation.
Deposit sales collections as per company policy.
Team Management
Supervise outlet staff and assign duties.
Ensure discipline, grooming, and adherence to company standards.
Train new staff on processes and service.
Timing will be from 7:00 am to 1:00 pm
